Annual Meeting 2025 Event Series

The series of events began with a Casual Dinner & Gathering at Skyline Resto.
Monday, January 13, 2025 – Day 1
The first day of the Annual Meeting commenced with a joint prayer, followed by the singing of the Indonesian national anthem, Indonesia Raya.
The event continued with an opening speech from the Chairman of the Annual Meeting 2025 Committee, Mr. William Tanjaya.
The event’s grand opening was marked by a futuristic touch as the company’s Director, Mr. Eric Sudirgo, unveiled the gathering with a cutting-edge Hand Scanner gimmick. In addition to delivering his welcome speech, Mr. Eric Sudirgo also presented the Company’s Vision and Mission, Our Values, Our Milestones, Overview of 2024, and the 2025 Annual Meeting Theme.
One of the most remarkable quotes from Mr. Eric’s speech was:
“Teamwork Builds Momentum”
Like a snowball effect, our collective efforts create a much GREATER impact than just individual contributions. No effort is too small because everything matters. Everyone Contributes!
The event continued with a speech and presentation by Mr. Buntoro, Principal Leader of MAK.
Followed by a presentation from Mr. Surya, Marketing Director of PT. MAK.
Next was a presentation from Mr. Rahmawan Aldrin, Marketing Director
Then, a presentation from Mr. Yandrik Wignyo Juanda, Sales Manager of Hosmotech.
Then, a presentation from Mr. Wilhendri, Sales Manager of Medeq.
Following that, there was a training session by OG Wellness, a newly partnered principal with PT. Polaris Alkes Starindo.
Tuesday, January 14, 2025 – Day 2
The event started with a presentation from the Product Marketing Manager, Mrs. Tety Purwanti.
Then, a presentation from the Finance Manager, Mrs. Erni.
Followed by a presentation from the Operational Manager, Mr. Iwan Hariyanto.
Next, a presentation from the HRD, Mrs. Kresentia Anita.
After a coffee break, the event resumed with:
- Presentation from the Kalimantan Area Representative, Mr. Jan Edward Purba
- Presentation from the Sumatra Region (Sumbagut) Area Sales Manager, Mr. Sahala Tua Turnip
- Presentation from the Banten, DKI & West Java Area Sales Manager, Mr. Nurul Suhada
- Presentation from the Central Java, Yogyakarta, Sulawesi, Maluku & Papua Area Sales Manager, Mr. Robby Rullyandy
- Presentation from the East Java, Bali & Nusa Tenggara Area Sales Manager, Mr. Arik Adi Hartanto
- Presentation from the Product Marketing MAK, Mrs. Nunun Novelinda

Wednesday, January 15, 2025 – Day 3

- Introduction of the Head Office Team & Fun Games
Thursday, January 16, 2025 – Closing Event
The participants enjoyed a leisure trip to Dusun Bambu.
The event concluded with a Gala Dinner themed “Magical Moment”.
All participants were required to wear costumes themed around Disney & the Marvel Universe.
